Photographer and art director, Noé Cotter lives and works between Neuchâtel and Paris.
Trained at ECAL after an initial education in multimedia, he refined his visual sensibility while assisting photographer Charles Negre in Paris, before forging his own path. His work moves between commissions for watchmakers, cosmetic and jewelry brands, and design houses, and a more personal practice in which landscapes — both terrestrial and underwater — become spaces for observation, contemplation, and visual storytelling.
Over time, a structure has formed around him: a studio in Neuchâtel, shared with four retouchers from the company Serge Concierge, a full-time assistant, and two technical assistants who support specific projects. This collective framework enables a precise and constructed photographic language, attentive to materiality and light.
For nearly a year, he has been represented in Paris by the agency Instinct (Eddy TV) . He also teaches photography at the Académie de Meuron in Neuchâtel. His work has been exhibited in Switzerland and abroad.
